JLTW specializes in creating documentation for software products, but Julia has experience in many types of business writing. Typical products include

JLTW also does general business and science editing. Sometimes what you have already written just needs a little bit of polish. When Julia edits an existing document, she works hard to preserve the author's voice while correcting any errors or inconsistencies in grammar and structure.
Almost every nonfiction book should have an index. The index provides a way for readers to find specific information they need. Every book and help system created by JLTW includes a comprehensive index. In addition, JLTW can create an index for books or other documents that were written by others.
JLTW is always the primary author for any JLTW project. However, on occasion the timeline and scope of a project may require additional professionals to complete it. If needed, JLTW will put together a team of highly qualified individuals to assist in completing the project.

Rates and Payment
The rate for each project is determined based on the requirements of the work to be done. Rates can be by the hour, by the page, or by the entire project. To set the rate for a particular project, Julia will review the work and provide a written estimate of the time and cost. The client and Julia discuss the requirements and the proposed rate and come to an agreement on the terms of the contract.
Invoices are usually submitted every two weeks, with payment expected in 15 days. For your convenience, JLTW accepts American Express as a payment method.
